TSSD® Auto-Setting-Machine

the installation method of the new TSSD® Insert requires a Setting Machine for the installation. There are different variants of setting machines available, depending from the customers needs. from a simple bench machine up to a fully automated 3 axis portal unit.

shown in the animation, the setting-machine has the following process steps: positioning rubbing/melting penetrating setting ready maintaining the axial pressure tool disassembly in less than 30 seconds!
